Shoe Fanatics.....

Another new stamp from the show. This one was made by Stampendous and will be put to good use for those I know who are shoe fanatics. The Bella Rose DP was any easy choice to tie in with the colours of the cake and I even got to try my new nestabilities set. I hope you like it.

A Pocket Silhouettes - Birthday

This is quite a simple card. With the use of this year's 'in colours' I think it makes it quite effective. I have layered the card with Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss and White card stock. I have created the images with Pocket Silhouettes and On Your Birthday stamps and added a little Kiwi Kiss striped grosgrain ribbon.

Cats & Dogs

The card that I have made today is using a new stamp that I got from the Papercraft show. I just had to have this one, it is from Inky Antics. The bone and fish are from a Doodlebug set. The card is black and Baja Breeze and the paper is Urban Oasis DP.

Crazy for Cupcakes...

What a week!!! Firstly my Stampin' Up order arrived with an assortment of Designer papers, ribbons and two new stamp sets. Then I decided to purchase a Sizzix BIG Shot, after spending days searching I finally found one which arrived on Friday. On Saturday I went to the Papercraft show in Brisbane with my Sister and came home with lots of inspiration and goodies to play with.

Today I got the chance to stay at home and had the choice of house work or card making. As you can see I chose card making lol. I had to try out my new Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set and nestabilities.
I began this card with So Saffron patterned paper and decided to use Close to Coccoa and Pink Pirouette Card Stock, which made it easy when it came to watercolour the cupcakes. I decided red cherries didn't go with the colours I had chosen and used Kaiser rhinestones instead. The flowers were made using 3 different sizes of paper shapers punches and the sentiment is from the On Your Birthday stamp set.

Cocktail Anyone???

For this card I have used Sweet Always Designer Paper and Pumpkin Pie card stock. The inks to match the paper were used to watercolour the image stamped with the Cheers to You stamp set. I have used the corner punch and some orange brads to finish it off.
